I have purchased ticket to an event, however I have not received them.
Depending on the instructions, collection of purchased tickets will either be sent to you via email at time of purchase, sent via post or to be collected at the venue.
Please check your spam / junk folder to see if the tickets have been sent and update your email to include ticketworks as a safe email address.
To assist with your enquiry we advise before you contact us to either login to your my.ticketworks account to review any event information relating to your purchase.
If you do not have an my.ticketworks account, you can create one and your ticket purchases should be shown including the ticket delivery (via email, post or venue).
If you do not see your purchased tickets in your account you may need to check out the current events listed to see if we are handling the event and tickets for the time and date.
